OUR CORE TEAM & ZONE LEADERS
Elder Ho Kien Keong
Divisional Head of Generation Ministry
I studied in the UK and returned to Malaysia with an architecture degree. I am still actively involved in the professional practice.
I have been serving in FGA for almost 30 years. God placed a burden upon my heart to return to Malaysia to serve and since then, I have actively pursued this calling. The call to build strong families has always been a deep passion in my heart and through the years his has been the key focus in my own personal life and ministries. I am a very private person with a deep conviction to walk the talk.
Together with my wife, Ivy, we are blessed with 4 children. The 2 older ones returned to Malaysia after their studies overseas and are currently working in KL whilst the 2 younger ones are still in university. All of them are serving in their respective churches.
I enjoy my time with family, travelling, having time alone and the opportunity to read books that are both inspiring and strategic. Key authors that have inspired me through the years are Dr. James Dobson, Rob Parsons, Bob Buford and Oswald Sanders.
Jeremiah 29:10 -24 has been the key verse in my life as its truths continue to unfold and inspire me. Today my burden for the family has expanded to building up the next generation and seeing them enjoy and live the covenantal blessings of God. My involvement in Generations FGA carries the burden from Genesis 17:7-8 " And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you. And I will give to you and to your offspring after you the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession, and I will be thieir God."
"Life is a journey that requires making many important choices. When we stay close to God's heart and understand His heartbeat, we will know the correct decisions in life."
